Wansbeck Homes is a housing association that took over the housing stock formerly owned by Wansbeck District Council.

Taking its name from the river Wansbeck that runs through the heart of this area of South East Northumberland, our homes are located in the towns of Newbiggin by the sea, Ashington and Bedlington as well as some surrounding villages.
