Northumberland Homefinder - a new way to find a home to rent in Northumberland.
Wansbeck Homes is a partner in the Northumberland Choice Based Lettings Scheme (CBL) along with Berwick Borough Housing, Castle Morpeth Housing, Homes for Northumberland, Milecastle and Northumberland County Council.
Northumberland Homefinder is our home letting service.
A Northumberland wide housing service has been launched called Northumberland Homefinder. This allows customers to place bids on empty properties that they would like to move to in the Northumberland area. This means only one application form needs to be completed for the majority of affordable housing across the Northumberland region.
An introduction to Northumberland Homefinder gives further information on how the scheme works. If you would like to apply for a home in the Northumberland area please read the Guide to the areas of Northumberland and fill in the application form. If you or a member of your family have health or disability problems that are affected by your current home and could be improved by moving to another home you need to complete a Medical Self-Assessment Form and submit it with your Homefinder application form. If you have already registered your application and had a letter back with details of your application number and password you can bid on any empty property in Northumberland that you eligible for using the Northumberland Homefinder website. If you are a Wansbeck Homes resident and wish to transfer to another Wansbeck Homes property you should complete the same application form.

• Access the Northumberland Homefinder Website
• Go to any Wansbeck Homes or Northumberland County Council office or library and the properties will be displayed
