It has been two years since Wansbeck Homes and Cheviot Homes, joined forces
to form the Bernicia Group.

We always believed by working together, sharing skills, experience and resources we would be best placed to meet the challenges ahead and serve the needs of our tenants and the wider communities in which we work. By the end of the second year a lot has been
achieved.
