
Our Estate Services Team are responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of certain common areas on Wansbeck Homes estates. This includes communal areas in and around buildings such as passage ways, staircases, yards and drying areas.
There may be other issues which affect the environment in which you live. In these cases the Estate Services team will work with partner agencies to address anything that needs to be put right on the estates. Examples may include roads, footpaths, street lighting, parks and play areas, refuse collection and grounds maintenance, this list is not exhaustive, please contact the Estate Services Team for advice and assistance.
