We want our tenants and leaseholders to have a say in the housing services we provide and how we provide them. This will help us improve those services.
To give you the chance to have your say we provide a number of ways for you to get involved.
How we can help you get involved
We want all tenants and leaseholders to have the chance to get involved. This is why we offer lots of different ways so you can decide which one suits you.
To make sure you can come to any sessions, meetings or events you are interested in, we will provide help if needed, this could include;
- Arranging transport
- Reimbursement of travel expenses
- Help with childcare
- Disabled access
- Hearing loops
- Interpreters and translators
- Signers

The Housing Support Units, dedicated Resident Involvement Officers are here to help you get involved in a way that suits you.
You can contact your Resident Involvement Officers if you would like some advice on how to get involved or what type of involvement might be best for you.
