Wansbeck Homes monitors performance across all service areas against targets to ensure that we deliver the best possible services to you.
We measure ourselves against both internal and external targets and report these to our Board as well as our regulators such as the Tenant Services Authority.
Direct feedback from customers is also one of the most important ways that we measure performance. As part of our Customer Satisfaction Framework, we gather feedback from customers to help us improve our services to you.
Before we transferred our homes from Wansbeck District Council to Wansbeck Homes in February 2008, we produced an Offer Document outlining issues that we would tackle after transfer. We closely monitor our progress in meeting these promises.
